Ingredients: – 4 cod fillet – 2 tablespoons olive oil – 2 cloves garlic, minced – 1 lemon, juiced and zested – 1 teaspoon paprika – 1 teaspoon dried thyme – Salt and pepper to taste – Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
