Blueberry Cobbler Recipe

Ingredients 4 cups blueberries (fresh or frozen) ▢1/2 cup granulated sugar ▢1 teaspoon lemon zest ▢6 Tablespoons butter For the batter: ▢1 cup all-purpose flour ▢1 cup granulated sugar ▢2 teaspoons baking powder ▢1/4 teaspoon salt ▢3/4 cup milk ▢ground cinnamon

Put butter pieces in a 9x13-inch baking dish. As the oven heats up, put the pan in there so that the butter can melt. 

Take the pan out of the oven once the cheese is melted. Put blueberries, sugar, and zest in a bowl and mix them together.

In a different bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt for the batter. Just until everything is mixed, add the milk.

Add the strawberries to the pan with the melted butter. Spread the batter on top. Add a little spice on top.

For 35 to 40 minutes, or until the top is just barely golden, bake at 350 degrees. If you want, serve it warm with a scoop of ice cream!
