Caramel Pear Cheesecake Bars


– Graham cracker crumb – Butter – Cream cheese – Sugar – Egg

– Vanilla extract – Pear – Brown sugar – Cinnamon – Caramel sauce

Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into a baking dish to form the crust. 

Beat cream cheese with sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. 

Pour cheesecake mixture over the crust and spread evenly.  Top with sliced pears that have been tossed with brown sugar and cinnamon. 

Bake until cheesecake is set and pears are caramelized.  Drizzle with caramel sauce before serving. 

Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
