Chow Mein Recipe

Ingredients 14 oz yakisoba refrigerated noodles , or 16 oz chow mein noodles* ▢1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts ▢salt and pepper ▢3 Tablespoon vegetable oil , or canola oil, divided ▢2 cups finely shredded cabbage* * ▢1 large carrot , shredded ▢2 ribs celery , chopped ▢4 green onions , chopped, white and green separated ▢3 cloves garlic , minced

Chow mein sauce: Mix the sauce ingredients in a small bowl with a whisk, then set them away.

Set a big pan or wok on high heat and cook the chicken. Put in one tablespoon of oil.

Add the chicken to the hot pan and season it with salt and pepper. Put the food on a plate after cooking it all the way through in the pan.

Add one more tablespoon of oil to the pan and cook the. When it's hot, add the chopped green onion whites, cabbage, carrots, and celery.

For one to two minutes, stir-fry on high heat. Take everything out of the pan and put it on a plate after adding the garlic and ginger.

Noodles: Put the noodles in the pan with the last tablespoon of oil. For one minute, cook. 

Toss the food to cover it with the sauce as it cooks. Then add fresh bean sprouts and the chicken back to the pan.
