Cranberry Sauce Recipe

Ingredients 1 12 oz bag fresh cranberries ▢1 small apple , peeled and grated ▢1 small orange , zest and juice ▢1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar ▢¼ cup granulated sugar* ▢¼ cup brown sugar* , packed ▢½ teaspoon ground cinnamon ▢1/8 teaspoon ground cloves ▢Pinch sea salt ▢2/3 cup water ▢½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Put everything in a pot and stir it all together. On medium heat, cook until it starts to boil. 

Let it simmer for 5 to 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until it gets a little thicker. 

Take it off the heat and put it on a serving dish to cool down fully.

You can serve cranberry sauce at room temperature or cold if you like. Take Notes

This recipe makes about 2 cups. If you want to use a natural sweetener instead of sugar, use ½ cup of honey or maple syrup.
