Crispy-skinned Salmon Recipe


1. 4 (200g each) salmon fillets, skin on 2. 2 tbsp olive oil 3. 1 tsp salt flake 4. Steamed chat potatoes, to serve 5. Salad leaves, to serve

Method Steps: 1. Place the salmon fillets, skin side up, on a plate. Drizzle them with olive oil and rub salt flakes into the skin.

Heat a large, non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat.

Add the salmon fillets, skin side down. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes or until the skin is crisp.

Turn the fillets and cook, covered, for another 4 to 5 minutes for medium doneness or until cooked to your liking.

Serve the cooked salmon with steamed chat potatoes and salad leaves.
