INGREDIENTS 3 1⁄2cups cake flour 1tablespoon baking powder 1teaspoon salt

2cups sugar 1(3 1/2 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding 6tablespoons butter, softened 6tablespoons butter flavor shortening

1 1⁄2cups milk 1tablespoon vanilla extract 1⁄2cup sour cream 4eggs

DIRECTION 1. Mix butter, shortening, sugar, and pudding. 2. Add eggs one by one. 3. Mix in sour cream and vanilla.

4. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt. 5. Add flour mixture and milk alternately to butter mixture.

6. Pour into greased 13x9 pan. 7. Bake at 350°F for 40-50 mins. 

8.Variations: - For White Cake: Use 4 egg whites instead of 3 whole eggs. - For Spice Cake: Add cinnamon, allspice, cloves to flour mixture.

- For Chocolate Cake: Use chocolate pudding mix and cocoa. Adjust milk as needed.
