Italian Sausage And Ricotta Calzone


1 Pillsbury pizza dough 1 lb. ground Italian sausage 1 tbsp olive oil ½ yellow onion, minced 3 garlic cloves minced 2 tbsp tomato paste ½ whole milk ricotta cheese Salt as needed 2 eggs, beaten Grated parmesan cheese, for serving

Heat olive oil in a pan, sauté Italian sausage until browned.

Add minced onion and garlic, cook until translucent.

Stir in tomato paste, season, and set aside. 

1. Divide pizza dough, layer with sausage filling and ricotta.

Fold dough, seal edges, brush with egg wash. 

Air fry at 400°F until golden brown, then serve with parmesan.
