Manicotti Recipe

Ingredients: 1. 1 box manicotti shell 2. 2 cups ricotta cheese 3. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 4. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 5. 1 egg 6. 2 cloves garlic, minced 7. 2 cups marinara sauce 8. Salt and pepper to taste 9. Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions: 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). 2. Cook the manicotti shells according to the package instructions until they are al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Using a spoon or a piping bag, stuff each manicotti shell with the cheese mixture until they are filled.

1. Pour a thin layer of marinara sauce into the bottom of a baking dish. 2. Arrange the stuffed manicotti shells in the baking dish in a single layer.

Pour the remaining marinara sauce over the top of the manicotti shells, covering them completely.

Sprinkle additional mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese over the top for extra flavor.

Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

1. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is golden brown. 2. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired, then serve hot and enjoy your delicious homemade manicotti!
