Peanut Butter Blossom Cookies

– 1 egg – 1 ½ cup all-purpose flour – ½ cup sugar – 1 tsp baking powder – ½ tsp salt – ½ cup brown sugar – ½ cup peanut butter – ½ cup unsalted butter – 1 cup granulated sugar – 28 Hershey's kisse


Begin by sifting together flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder, then whisk to blend evenly. 

Cream butter, peanut butter, and brown sugars until smooth in a stand mixer with a paddle attachment. 

Gradually add the egg, mixing until smooth, then incorporate the flour mixture in batches until fully combined. 

Shape the dough into one-inch balls and roll them in sugar before placing them in the Air Fryer basket. 

Bake at 365°F / 185°C for 6 minutes, ensuring space between the balls and baking in batches if necessary. 

After preheating, press chocolate kisses into each cookie and bake for an additional 3 minutes until set.

Once done, allow the cookies to cool in the basket for 10 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
