Spice Roasted Chickpea

Ingredient – 1 (15 ounce) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed – 1 tablespoon olive oil – 1 teaspoon paprika – ½ teaspoon sea salt – ½ teaspoon cumin

– ¼ teaspoon cinnamon – ¼ teaspoon cardamom – ¼ teaspoon garlic powder – ¼ teaspoon coriander – ¼ teaspoon allspice

DIRECTIONS 1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Dry chickpeas, toss with oil, and spread on a baking sheet. 2. Bake chickpeas for 25 mins until crispy.

3. Mix paprika, salt, turmeric, cinnamon, cardamom, and garlic powder. 4. Toss baked chickpeas in spice mix.

5. Return chickpeas to oven for 5 mins until extra crispy. 6. Enjoy the aromatic, flavorful snack!
