The Best Moist Banana Bread Recipe

Ingredients: 1. 3 ripe banana 2. 2 egg 3. 1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter, melted 4. 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar 5. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 6. 1 1/2 cups (190g) all-purpose flour 7. 1 teaspoon baking soda 8. 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions: 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.

1. In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth. 2. Add in the melted butter, eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.

In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, baking soda, and salt. 

Gradually add the dry ingredients into the banana mixture, stirring until just combined. Be careful not to overmix. 

1. If using, fold in the chopped nuts or chocolate chips into the batter. 2. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread it evenly.
